Plans have been unveiled for a 153-bedroom students’ residence in Stirling’s city centre.
The company believe the development could boost the Stirling economy by £1.4 million a year.
The Developers commented: "Student residences also bring life and economic activity throughout the day and into the evening and the ongoing annual economic impact of the proposed development once operational has been estimated by Biggar Economics at £1.4 million GVA (gross value added)."
They added “This would support an additional 36 jobs in the local economy, in addition to those employed by the residences themselves.”
